Transfers
You may transfer or elect another person to another class provided that:
- there are spaces available;
- your transfer does not disrupt the class into which you are transferring;
- the transfer is within 6 months as the original enrolment;
- the elected person is confirmed with us prior to the class starting
Refund Conditions
Please choose your course carefully. A course refund will not be given. You may elect to attend another course of equal value or you may elect another person to attend on your behalf. Please read ‘Transfers’ of course.
Course Cancellations
What happens if a course is cancelled?
Sometimes, a course fails to achieve sufficient enrolments to be viable. In this case, we will make every effort to contact you and other students in the class. This may be via sms, telephone or email. It is therefore important that all of your details are kept up-to-date.
Should we cancel a course, we will provide you with a full refund within 5 working days. If you purchased your enrolment using a credit card, that card will be re-credited. If you purchased your enrolment by any other form, Successful Ways will transfer into your nominated account. Please note that cash is not available as a refund.
Couple bookings
You will notice that it is cheaper to book as a couple rather than individually. We encourage you to bring someone along with you especially if you are thinking of achieving your goals together.
Privacy
Record Keeping
Keeping information secure is of serious concern for Successful Ways. We respect the privacy of its students. Successful Ways ensures that the personal details of its students are not wittingly released to un-authorised persons or organisations and vouches that these details be kept secure in appropriate filing systems and record repositories before ultimate destruction of the records.
Successful Ways Marketing
Successful Ways will from time-to-time, send mail, email and/or phone messages to students for the purpose of marketing. Students may at any time request that all such marketing cease. All requests will be promptly complied with.
Codes of Conduct
Students
Students must adhere to the below rules if attending one our courses
- respect the individuality and rights of all fellow students;
- maintain privacy and confidentiality in respect of all matters relating to students;
- adhere to directions from the class tutor;
- work safely and not endanger others in the class;
- participate positively in class;
- adhere to all course rules and regulations.
Note: If the tutor believes that a student is too disruptive to the rest of the class and is not respecting our codes of conduct, we will ask that the student leaves the classroom and hands back all information provided and a full refund will be given.
