Prior to coming to Successful Ways, Tracy spent most of her professional career leading teams at CBA. With a keen interest for operations and human resource management, her focus has always been about improving processes and customer service.

Tracy understands every aspect of the home loan journey, having been exposed to all areas of the lending space.

Her experience managing teams and processes is vital to Successful Ways. She oversees every aspect of the business to make sure clients are getting the best possible service, while also ensuring everyone in the team is having a good time.
